When we realized flipping homes could also mean flipping outcomes — Revival was born.
Real estate is how we help — but people are why we started. When we first stepped into the world of real estate investing, we were learned about joint venturing with other investors: find off market deals, flip homes, split the profits.
We’d often meet homeowners who were in difficult situations through no fault of their own — a sudden injury, the loss of a provider, an unexpected job loss — and it never felt right that we were benefiting from buying their home while they were still left without a secure path forward.
Many simply didn’t have the money, resources, or ability to fix up their property and list it on the market themselves. That reality made us ask a simple question:
Why not “flip it forward” and share some of the profit with the homeowners.
We’ve all experienced seasons in life where we’ve felt stuck — mentally, emotionally, or financially. Moments that shook our confidence and made us question whether we could move forward.
